Senior Director of Sales and Marketing
Laura Arriaga is the senior director of Sales and Marketing for Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces. She joins the team with more than a decade of experience in the senior living industry, and previously served as director of sales and marketing for Invigorate Post Acute of Las Cruces.
She loves putting a smile on people’s faces and giving back to the community. In her free time, Laura enjoys cooking, baking, spending time with Ruben, her husband of 30 years, and daughter Valeria, and supporting her favorite sports teams, the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Dodgers and Los Angeles Lakers.

Vibrant Life® Director
Miriam Torres is the Vibrant Life® director for Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces. She previously served as the Vibrant Life® assistant. She cherishes being a part of the Solstice team and is ready to embrace the role of director and motivate Solstice residents to be the best they can be.
Born in El Paso, Miriam has lived in Las Cruces most of her life. Miriam is married with two children, Alonso and Anahi.

Jerry Zamora, Culinary Service Director at Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces, grew up in Juarez, Mexico. There his passion for food and hospitality was nurtured in the kitchen alongside his mother. Over the past 18 years, Jerry has honed his skills in professional kitchens across fine-dining restaurants, hospitals and catering settings, working with chefs from diverse backgrounds.
Jerry specializes in creating simple yet delicious dishes, utilizing everyday ingredients and drawing inspiration from seasonal and local spices. He enjoys reimagining classic recipes with innovative twists, with his culinary interests spanning Japanese, French, Italian, Mexican and New American cuisines.
David Monroy
Building Service Director
David Monroy is the Building Service Director at Solstice Senior Living at Las Cruces, bringing over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, David has dedicated his career to creating safe and comfortable environments for seniors.
Outside of work, David cherishes quality time with his wife of 25 years, Christina, and their five children. He also enjoys staying active through working out and barbecuing.
